| Title: Food Service Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Trillium Court, Kincardine, ON Apply By: March 1, 2012 Responsibilities Accountable for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the Food Service Operations in accordance with standards, policies and practices of Revera and in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements; Participates in the activities of the Quality Council and Leadership & Partnership Committee (i.e. attendance at meetings, completing documentation, conformance with Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation); Ensures that Health & Safety policies, practices, standards and legislated / regulated requirements are in place and maintained at all times in food service operations; Ensures that appropriate security levels and access authorities within the food service operation are in place and maintained in accordance with the policies, practices and standards; Participates in the development of the annual business plan (including operating budget, capital plan, marketing plan, talent and training plan, and Continuous Quality Improvement [CQI] / Risk Management plan); Implements, monitors and achieves all approved food service b.... |
