| Food Service Manager - (Job Number: 72144) 870181 Food Service Manager 72144 POSITION OVERVIEW The Food Services Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of front-line employees in the provision of food services to the residents and guests of a healthcare facility as well as managing day to day operations of a retail cafeteria within the Health Care facility. JOB FUNCTION: Together with the GM, determine the needs of the client operations to ensure the appropriate resources from ARAMARK are engaged in the delivery "best in class" food services. Ensures compliance to established company and Board policies and procedures, in conjunction with General Manager Ensures compliance with local, provincial and federal laws and regulations Ensures consistent and equitable administration of human resources policies, procedures and guidelines to facilitate effective employee relations Coordinates activities with other support departments Performs operational audits of facilities to initiate improvements to optimize financial performance, operational productivity, and to ensure conformance with ARAMARK, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and .... |
