Tom Thumb operates a total of 60 pharmacies throughout the region. POSITION PURPOSE: The Pharmacist works under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager to assist in Store Pharmacy operations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for helping the store pharmacy operations achieve their planned business objectives All activities related to the preparation, dispensing and sale of prescription and pharmacy related products Pharmacists will be required to actively participate in the Pharmacy Care program, including administering immunizations. This includes successful completion of APHA immunization training or its equivalent Assist in the operation of assigned Pharmacy which includes World Class Customer service, sales, gross margin improvements, inventory purchasing and management, expense control and staff issues Partner with management in developing and implementing store programs to help meet sales object.... |
