| Job Title Flint Management Training Program - New Grads Req # 12670 Career Level Entry Level Location Multiple Locations, AB # of Openings 10 Job Description This is an entry-level leadership development program designed to prepare suitable candidates for supervisory and future management positions with Flint. This program will involve “hands-on” work which is physically demanding and labour intensive and will require working extended hours on projects located away from a home base. Successful candidates will receive training in all facets of: Production Facilities Construction and Maintenance, Pipeline Construction and Maintenance, Administration, Project Management, Estimating, QA/QC, Safe Work Practices, Sales and Marketing, and other areas of our business related to the energy and resource industries. Candidates must be committed to learning and understanding the tasks at each phase of the training program that will include: proper work procedures, job planning, safety, cost awareness and developing team and customer relations.
