| POSITION DETAIL Fleet Maintenance Director - Winnipeg Department: Service Location: Winnipeg, MB Job Type: Full Time Professional Areas: Service Description: Position Summary Provides leadership to the fleet maintenance division to ensure effective maintenance, excellent internal/external customer service, and expense control of Maxim’s Leasing & Rental units while upholding legal requirements and best practices. Responsibilities Negotiates with vendors to recovery warranty outside of regular parameters. Runs vendor recovery report monthly. (20%) Performance Coaching Standards Outlines hardships and supplies required documentation to vendor Makes all reasonable efforts to recover warranty while maintaining strong vendor relations Researches, designs, and implements Idealease best practices, legislation changes, and industry trends. (20%) Performance Coaching Standards Practices are incorporated by service shops New practices improve cost control and/or customer satisfaction New practices keep Maxim in legal compliance Results improve the operations, expense and/or customer service level of fleet maintenance and other divisions within the company Assembles annual budgets and p.... |
