Location: Whitehorse, YT Hours: 8:00-5:30pm Salary: Based on Experience Duration: Permanent Job Description/Duties: Fraserway RV, Canada ?s leading RV company with locations coast-to-coast, is seeking a full time Fleet Coordinator / Senior Customer Service Representative for our Whitehorse dealership. You will be responsible for: - Coordination of unit inventory - Assist in training new CSR staff with vehicle introductions, RMS and other day-to-day procedures as outlined in the Rentals handbook - Oversee rental inventory and supplies - Perform administrative duties - Perform vehicle introductions - Local bookings - Provide quotations to local enquiries and supply rental related information - Meet or exceed Customer Service standards as outlined in Rentals handbook If you care about people and have a desire to be part of a team who cares deeply about making customers ? vacation dreams come true, then we want to talk to you.
