| Career Opportunities: Finishing Foreman (12101) ID 12101 - Posted 02/07/2012 Job Description Print Preview Apply Save Job Email Job to Friend Return to List Purpose: The Finishing Foreman is responsible for supervising the trade partners on all interior finishes for Minto residential homes. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Ensures all interior finishes are completed as per drawings, specifications and as per customer requests (i.e. interior colour selection) as per scheduled dates; Coordinates all the schedules for the trades partners for interior completion; Oversees and ensures trades partners are working to the quality and standards of Minto specifications including drywall, paint, trim, baseboards, crown molding, door frames, hardwood and ceramic floors, stairway and rail installation, kitchen and bathroom installation, electrical finishes, plumbing, and all finishing touches; Signs off and approves the quality control sheet for each trade partners to ensures payments; Oversees the cleaning staff once the work of each trade partner is complete; Performs various quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship is up to standards; Updates and maintains automated 4D s.... |
