Job Summary Performs various administrative and financial tasks to ensure that suppliers, including students and employees, are paid. Advises suppliers, departments and services on all aspects of accounting related to supplier accounts. Analyzes recorded transactions to reconcile supplier accounts and respond to inquiries. Performs tasks related to invoice processing (Banner, Fast), credit card payments (PCARD), travel claims and travel advances. Ensures compliance with and application of all rules and procedures related to Financial Services, Purchasing and funding agencies (NSERC, CIHR, etc). Analyzes various monitoring reports and follows up with users and suppliers.
