Shared Programs responsible for the administration of the Growing Forward program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The Financial Officer will manage projects for various programs under the Growing Forward agreement including, providing analysis of various agricultural projects, preparing technical and financial assessments of agricultural development projects, contacting applicants with decisions, monitoring progress of applicant ?s projects, and reviewing claims for payment.
