New Business Activities This role will focus on the assessment and evaluation of new mining opportunities for this international organization, identifying potential for mining mergers and acquisitions and possible future growth and development for the Group. You will compile reports and document due diligence information, conduct the financial modeling and analysis of current and prospective assets and opportunities, compiling monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports, as well as the co-ordination and control of budgets to support the business area and its strategy. You will need to schedule resource for both geological and production evaluations, conduct costing, financial modeling and analysis of projects including expected mining life, and provide financial guidance to project teams on forecasting, budgeting and cost variance analysis.
