| Financial Advisor Location: Aylmer Job Code: 379 # of openings: 1 Description Purpose of the Job: As a member of the branch sales team, the Financial Advisor is responsible for contributing to the branch team’s overall success by meeting established goals through the identification and satisfaction of Member needs and cross-selling appropriate products and services. These assigned goals include specific sales goals, along with other objectives relating to teamwork, customer service, and personal development. As a senior member of the branch sales team the Financial Advisor acts as a branch resource for all Member financial needs. Key Responsibilities: r Develop, acquire and retain high-value and high-potential retail clients by establishing strong customer relationships using a financial planning approach. r Develop and implement a proactive Member calling and profiling plan. r Direct or refer investors with high balances to other internal partners r Act as a general personal banking advisor on products and services for Members who have been referred to other business partners. r Act as the branch resource, along with the branch manager, for all large or complicated Member fi.... |
