| (The following information has not been translated.): tes-vous prt pour un nouveau dfi Notre client, une entreprise denvergure de la rgion de Qubec oeuvrant dans le secteur des assurances et services financiers, est prsentement la recherche dun(e) administrateur niveau 1 pour effectuer les tches suivantes : Effectuer les encaissements des contributions chques, paiements pr-autoriss, transferts lectronique de fonds, effectuer les rpartitions des contributions papier et les transferts internes. Effectuer la saisie des formulaires dadhsions. Contacter les titulaires lors de rceptions de documents incomplets afin de finaliser les transactions, transfrer les dossiers qui ncessitent une analyse plus approfondie. Analyser, trier et distribuer le courrier, les fax et les e-mails. Balancer le dpt le concilier aux rpartitions. Grer les dossiers des chques postdats et des transferts lectroniques de fonds. Communiquer quotidiennement avec les institutions financires pour les transferts. Faire les suivis des adhsions en ligne. Grer les diffrents fichiers de paye reus et sassurer que ceux-ci sont balancs. Sassurer du respect des normes internes de service. Travailler quotidiennement dans lenvi.... |
