| Financial Accountant Location: BC - Vernon Company Order Number: 12-017 # of openings: 1 Description FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (12 Month Term) Corporate Office Vernon, BC RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the Corporate Financial Services Team, the Financial Accountant supports the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, annual consolidated corporate budget, quarterly forecasts, external audit, account reconciliations, and month and year end activities. This position will provide the corporate coordination and reporting of requirements relating to the Manufacturing Divisions. The Financial Accountant will assist in the development of corporate accounting policies and internal controls; prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations; and manage the company chart of accounts. The Financial Accountant will assist in the management and coordination of the financial modules within the corporate JDE system. This position is an integral part of the succession plan for financial roles at the business units and the Vernon office.
