Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Preparing standard monthly journal entries; Assisting with completing the monthly close process and ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled and have appropriate supporting documentation to conduct analysis with the Senior Financial Accountant and/or Manager of Finance; Assisting the Senior Financial Accountant with preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements and other management reports; Managing reconciliation of corporate bank accounts and monitors required cash balances; Overseeing the corporate invoicing and cash receipt functions for subsidiary companies; and, Performing special projects as required and other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications The qualified candidate must have: An undergraduate degree (B.S. or equivalent) in Accounting is preferable, with a minimum requirement of an associates degree in Accounting; A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in.... |
