| Data management responsibilities for BPO and BCO employees. Accurate filing of correspondence, data and other records in alphabetical, name and/or date order in accordance with the filing system being used. Locate, sort, organize, remove and/or archive materials from file as requested in efforts to maintain an accurate, current and complete filing system. Responsibilities: Gather materials to be filed from HR department or other. Read incoming materials in order to determine how and where items should be classified, filed or scanned; assign, record or date stamp materials as required. Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order. Scan/enter documents into electronic database system in accordance with the convention used, with appropriate identification names for ease of retrieval. Add new materials to file records, and create new hard files/records as necessary. Assign identification letter codes to new files in order to index for filing. Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users. Answer questions about records and files. Eliminate outdated or unnecessary.... |
