| Job Title Field Safety Advisor Req # 12862 Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Location Lloydminster, AB # of Openings 1 Job Description Lead, guide and mentor employees on Flint and industry specific safety policies and procedures. Work with Line Management ,Safety Officers and Client safety reps. Monitor compliance with the Flint Safety Management System, our clients’ safety processes as well as provincially legislated safety regulations. Conduct safety performance reviews and Safety Management System Attests. May perform Safety Orientations or Training. Job Requirements College diploma is preferred. Professional certification or training in Occupational Health and Safety, supplemented by certification as a Construction Safety Officer (CSO) or a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation. Experience in facility, pipeline construction or field operations, or maintenance is required. Two or more years of proven experience in the implementation and measurement of leading edge safety management processes example Behavior Observation Program (BOP).
