| Ledcor's Technical Division (LTS Solutions Ltd.) is seeking a multifaceted and self-motivated Field Operations Supervisor in the Installation and Repair field of services in Vancouver and surrounding area. Ledcor Technical Services is a leader in providing telecommunication support services across North America. We specialize in providing maintenance, engineering and emergency restoration support to major telecommunication carriers across Canada and the USA. The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, administration, services and supervision of field services technicians. Type of work includes installation and repair of POTS, ADSL and IPTV services. This position will report directly to the Director, Field Operations. Responsibilities Supervise operating technicians. Deploy equipment to meet production and safety requirements. Analyze downtime, process, labor, and provide solutions. Provide leadership in quality assurance and provide ongoing inspections. Monitor productivity of customer service representatives in order to maintain a high quality of customer service. Organize scheduling and training for technicians.
