| Job Title: Field Administrator Work Location: Jackfish 2 State/Province: Alberta Country: Canada Job Description: Our Jackfish Project is located approximately 15km (10 miles) southeast of Conklin, Alberta. We have selected Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) as the technology to extract 35,000 barrels per day of bitumen over the life of the project. Total recoverable resources are estimated at over 300 million barrels. Our Jackfish District Field Office has an excellent opportunity for a Field Administrator. In this role, you will provide support to our Operations team. This is a permanent full time position flying out of Calgary or Edmonton 4 days on and 3 days off and living in a camp facility. This role includes a base salary, camp uplifts, pay for travel along with benefits including a pension and savings program. Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to senior managers Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the team such as accounts payable, verification and coding invoices Data entry into various data management systems including Live Link and E-invoicing Payroll administration Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and other data as required Foll.... |
