As a key member of the operations team, your responsibilities will include the following: - Provide support to the Facilities Coordinator; - Assist Business Operations Group Manager, Office Support Team Lead, Office Support Team members and all Golder employees in dealing with issues and special projects as requested; - Respond immediately to correct or minimize hazardous conditions when identified; - Stock vending machines and meeting room fridges, and collect, count and roll coins form vending machines; - Deliver supplies for internal and external meetings and company events as requested; - Arrange seating and supplies for meetin.... |
