| FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Saskatoon Graduate of 2 year Electronics Tech Must be an excellent communicator Medical Electronic Devices FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Temporary; Located in Saskatoon, SK Perform general Repair and QA duties, such as testing and investigating, modification in accordance with procedure, on serialized medical equipment (SME). Support the customers and the SME installed base in their specific territories in Canada in regards to complaints and repair activities relating to serialized medical equipment on-site, requiring daily traveling across his/her territory. Responsibilities Perform on-site repair, calibration, and testing of devices. Supports training activities for other technicians. Ensure preliminary steps for each device are aligned (addresses any existing complaints / issues on each device to be corrected). Act as a liaison within the field team for all communication with the Hospital Biomedical Staff on-site. Ensure proper documentation of Field Correction activities. Accurately report and maintain appropriate records of all device Testing/Investigating; Troubleshooting /Repairs; Enter the appropriate data on the INET System. Documentation shou.... |
