| Exploitation Engineer, Swan Hills Trend Competition #60079 Calgary Reporting to the Engineering Team Lead, this position is responsible for formulating and executing reservoir development strategies and providing reservoir engineering support to maximize economic recovery in the Swan Hills area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working in a multi-discipline team to identify, evaluate, prioritize, plan and execute exploitation, workover, and acquisition opportunities and low risk exploration. Formulating growth opportunities via new depletion techniques (EOR) and acquisition opportunities. Monitoring and evaluating reservoir performance to optimize production and recovery (e.g. waterflood management, well testing, and decline analysis). Optimizing total field development including capital utilization, well placement, spacing, injection requirements, rate and reserve forecasts for facility design and marketing purposes. Coordinating and providing technical input to the multi-disciplinary team, technical service groups and operations to prepare comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and evaluations. Managing reserves evaluation by providing technical assessment.... |
