Key Accountabilities: Managing Director & Finance Director • Calendar and mail management • Telephone screening of calls – assist with call re-direction when necessary • Travel preparations & travel agenda management • Preparation and submission of the director’s expense reports • Preparation of presentations & correspondence as necessary Additional Accountabilities: Managing Director • Liaison with US VP office administration • Tracking and reporting of several departmental budgets – preparation and management of P.O.’s and quarterly budget balancing • Coordination of Apple Canada Communications Meetings and other events as required • Scheduling/coordinating meetings involving multiple participants both inside and outside the company • Other adminstrative projects as required Education •BA/BS preferred or post secondary graduation with Secretarial/Admi.... |
