The incumbent's primary responsibilities include: managing the Senior Executive Director's complex and heavy agenda and ensuring he/she is appropriately prepared for appointments, drafting complex communication materials/correspondence; liaising with senior administrative officers and setting-up of meetings as necessary; participating in briefing and debriefing sessions and handling any follow throug.... |
