| Executive Assistant to the President Reporting to the President, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing senior executive level administrative support. This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision while demonstrating a high level of initiative. In this role, you will perform a variety of executive administrative duties, often involving matters of a confidential and highly sensitive nature. You have previously worked with Senior Level Executives and would be described as polished and professional. This position is for a self-motivated professional who is excited to be involved in all sides of the business! Role Accountabilities Reads and routes incoming mail Uses considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non routine situations Schedules appointments, takes notes and composes letters and memoranda Interact with senior level individuals including managers, executives, and clients with a variety of confidential activities in a diplomatic manner Prepares agendas, presentations and other material and makes arrangements for management meetings Takes minutes at meetings, notes commitments made by participants Man.... |
