Responsibilities Perform area calculations Complete material take-offs Consult with clients, to discuss and formulate estimates Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare an itemized list Order Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Tender deposits, etc. Qualifications College diploma in industry relevant program (ie.
