| Title Estimating Manager Position Summary The Estimating Manager will be responsible for the supervision, training and coordination of multiple estimating teams within Willbros Canada. This position will play a vital role in the in the long term development of a multi-disciplined estimating team for the Canadian operations. Duties and Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Manage and train multiple estimating teams. Develop and facilitate estimating processes and procedures. Coordinate and track all RFQs. Maintain the estimating database. Facilitate and coordinate construction estimates. Facilitate bid reviews. Ensure estimate quality. Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection. Oversee the development of Force Account, Equipment and Unit Rates. Supervise material take-offs for various disciplines. Participate in post bid award reviews for analysis of competitive positions and assumptions. Position Requirements Post Secondary education in Engineering or Finance (or equivalent degree or experience). Minimum of 10 years experience in heavy industrial environment.
