Assurer la communication entre le client, les diffrents intervenants contractuels et les units fonctionnelles impliques dans le projet. Assurer la coordination des appels doffres et l valuation des soumissions. Effectuer le contrle et la postvaluation des travaux raliss par les entrepreneurs. Effectuer toutes autres tches connexes pouvant aider la ralisation du projet. Participer la rdaction des offres de service et au dveloppement des affaires.
