This has created several exciting and challenging positions in the GTA The Role: Engagement Manager - ERP Implementations The Engagement Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall success of each designated customer along with the scope acceptance, and management of customer engagements. The Engagement Manager will identify new business opportunities within assigned customer accounts and assume responsibility for the ongoing relationship management of these accounts.
