Develop table top schedule for each facility and conduct exercises. Ensure that the company’s emergency response procedures are integrated, to the extent possible, with existing local and regional emergency measures. Coordinate updates of company emergency response plans. Establish and maintain arrangements and formal agreements with mutual aid partners or spill cooperatives and, to the extent possible, incorporate them into the company’s emergency response procedures, training and education programs.
