This position works a 42 hour non-standard work week in a 24/7 office environment with rotating shift work (e.g. 8 hours or more). Business Unit Information Public Safety Communications (PSC) is an innovative operation that integrates 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency call evaluation with dispatch functions for EMS, Fire and Police in Calgary and surrounding area.
