The specific tasks include answering technical requests (specifications, various information on products and their functioning, configuration, compatibility), solving problems that could arise during the integration or the use of the products by customers, providing them with the most innovative solutions; # TAKE the necessary measures within the team and the company in order to surpass the customers expectations and ensure the company the title of the most innovative technical support team in the world; # PERFORM test and debug of customer boards and/or systems (build customer configurations necessary for investigation, ex. network), identify level 1 problems and possible solutions; # MASTER the knowledge needed in order to assist the customer, if needed, in RMA authorisation, appl.... |
