The incumbent is responsible for, the proper operation of electromechanical installations, facilities maintenance convenience (automation), equipment specific to the activities of the College and safety (fire alarm and intrusion), and includes but is not limited to, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, chillers, distribution facilities of electricity (regular and emergency), specialized equipment and lighting facilities and water treatment. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and components according to a preventive maintenance master plan Completes the required actions deemed necessary following the completion of preventive maintenance tasks or the failure of a component; maintains the replacement parts inventory and the CMMS Responds to service calls from customers, performs related tasks and performs the required follow-up.
