| Electrical Engineer Posted Date: 30-01-2012 Location: Chalk River, Ontario, Canada Description: Duties The Site Landlord Systems Electrical Engineer is accountable to the Site Landlord Systems Electrical Owner/Operator for operating and maintaining the Landlord Electrical Systems at CRL facilities and Deep River buildings. Responsibilities will include optimum operation of all electrical site services as well as building electrical systems and equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency and reliability as well as providing safe hazard free work environment to customers. This duty shall be carried out within the confines of the Site Landlord Systems (Site Operations) program plans, defined budgets and schedule. Prepare and monitor project budgets Create technical scopes of work based on established priorities Develop detailed project schedules Submit internal requisitions Review designs Prepare work plans Prepare Lock Out Tag Out job steps Purchase project materials and equipment Organize electrical shutdowns Organize and chair project meetings Prepare project history files Develop novel engineering techniques or modifications to existing equipment, facilities or processes.
