| Electrical Designer Job Type: Permanent Job Location: Scarborough ON Job Description: We are currently looking for an Electrical Designer for new customer machines and providing PLC and HMI programming and be the primary support for testing and commissioning of the equipment Responsibilities: ? Co-ordinate development of project with electrical & mechanical engineering ? Develop detailed electrical design schematics using AutoCad Electrical ? Design PLC and HMI control system programs ? Write operation manuals ? Being lead electrical support for testing and start-up of equipment in-house Field Work: ? Debug overall control system processes during commissioning ? Travel to customer site to install and commission equipment Qualifications: ? Post secondary degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or technologist designation with appropriate level of experience ? Proven experience with AB PLCs (ControlLogix, MicroLogix) ? Proven Experience with HMI systems ? Extensive experience in AutoCAD Electrical ? Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics ? Experience debugging electric panels and circuits including PLC, contactors, relays, motor dri.... |
