| Looking for Early Childhood Educators with license to join our childcare centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To facilitate the implementation of a child-centered program
* provide input & help plan, implement & evaluate age appropriate activities
* to assist at nap time putting children down for naps or care for non-napping children
* taking children on excursions; walks around the neighbourhood and local parks
* prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
* guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
* prepare and serve snacks, arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
* clean-up of toys, equipment, washing dishes, general tidying, and occasionally some children's laundry
* other duties as assigned by the Daycare Manager and/or Program Director
* Assists in ensuring program and site adheres to Health and Safety policies and procedures for Licensing
