Our downtown Edmonton client is currently seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to provide structured as well as unstructured executive and administrative support to a Chief Officer. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Executive Assistant will excel at providing general office support to and contributing to the effective operation of the office of a Chief Officer. This position is responsible for effectively handling requests and issues brought to the office, either from external or internal clients and contacts. In addition, the job incumbent will participate in a variety of assignments and projects within the office, supporting the various requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of related Executive Assistant experience, preferably in financial administration; Experience in writing, proofreading, editing, records management, and the compilation, summarization and coordination of confidential information; Completion of a recognized Office Administration or Administrative Assistant post-secondary program preferred; Advanced Microsoft Office 2010 suite; Exceptional communication sk.... |
