| Title EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER Discipline Administration / Support Services Category Full Time Permanent Position Overview W orking from our Edmonton office, the incumbent will utilize their knowledge and experience to lead the administrative team in providing a variety of professional support services to the ISL Edmonton office. Additionally, this role will act as a resource for our administrative teams across Western Canada. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting facilities management and providing direct administrative support to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities Management of ISL Administrative Team including; team mentorship, scheduling, timesheet review, training, and performance reviews Creation, drafting, and quality standards review of ISL documents, proposals, reports, and presentations Creation, management and maintenance of ISL ?Master Documents ? and administrative drive Update ISL Corporate Resume database and format new hire resumes to ISL standard Coordination of office furniture moves, purchases, and decommissioning Management of Edmonton office parking assignments Coordination of office cleaning services and som.... |
