| RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Management Support: Support Client**s Project Managers in the creation, use, and
refinement of project plans.
Support the tracking of time to projects and the calculations of project resource cost.
Provide training of Client**s Project Managers and project resources on the Clarity suite, the Client**s Project Tracking database, and the Systems Programming Request (SPR) systems.
Provide time entry training to all Clarity users.
Provide support to rollouts to new Client**s users.
2. Maintenance: Maintain user/resource information within the Clarity system.
Create and maintain documentation related to project management and the Clarity system.
3. Technical: Troubleshoot problems related to Clarity system and work with Computer
--Associates (vendor) to resolve.
--Produce ad hoc reports using Open Workbench and the Clarity system.
--Perform analysis on project data, including but not limited to, budget/actual analysis.
--Provide testing for current and new releases of the Clarity products
REQUIREMENTS:
--BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience. 2 to 4 years project management experience.
