| Title Document Control Clerk 17-021 Position Overview The role of document control on this project is to act as the main point of contact for issuing of all applicable documentation and ensuring Canonbie only has a controlled set of documentation issued. Field personnel and office staff will depend on document control to provide updated information in a timely manner. Ensuring the latest information is issued to the field will be crucial to the success of this project to minimize rework and maintain efficiency and continuity of work. The Document Control Clerk will be working on our remote project site at our Cameco, Cigar Lake Mine located North of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The project is a fly in/fly out, camp job, working a 14X14 shift rotation at12 hour days. The approximate duration of this project is 16 months in length. Key Responsibilities ?Receiving (and stamping), issuing, tracking in ICMS of all drawings including Reference Only CWP ?s, Construction Status and IFC work CWP ?s as well as Redlines and scoped drawings ?Electronic/hard copy distribution as per the distribution matrix and ensuring the latest version of all drawings are issued to the field and office when change.... |
