| Division Secretary Medical Physics Permanent Full-time Competition #: 42-12-714203004 Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the incumbent is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties within the Medical Physics Division. These include file maintenance, arranging all aspects of travel for the division, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, financial/asset tracking (purchase orders, payroll, petty cash) scheduling meetings (including recording and distributing minutes), composing routine correspondence, maintaining internal manuals/libraries, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: You have post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline and a minimum of 2 years appropriate office experience. Competencies required for this position include: effective oral and writing communication skills; providing customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders; displaying initiative and anticipating division needs; respecting others and building trust, sustaining a high degree of confidentiality; facilitating team effectiveness by being a team player.
