Provide leadership in setting and achieving assigned goals in the profitable installation, maintenance and repair of GE Healthcare (GEHC) products and the growth of the service contract base. Essential Responsibilities Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, and career development. Drives business results and manages customer relationships within area of responsibility. Owns operational processes (Project Management completion, Overtime management). Leads and cultivates a culture of GE Values and integrity.
