They are currently seeking a Director of Production.Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations; the incumbent is responsible for implementing the plan for production, organization and control of production activities. Responsibilities - Plan, organize and coordinate the responsibilities of the production teams in order to ensure compliance with the schedule and high quality standards - Identify training necessities and establish training grounds and manage the training programs required - In a Lean environment, implement 5S, visual management and to ensure that the team makes a thorough implementation - Manage health risks and the safety of manufacturing operations in order to eliminate accidents - Participates as an active member in the Health and Safety Committee - Assess the needs of labor to ensure an efficient use and allocation of the production line in order to improve productivity - Res.... |
