| Job Title Director of Operations Location London Regions London, ON Description Allen Professional Search, London office, is currently recruiting for a Director of Operations for one of our clients located in the London and surrounding area. This is a permanent opportunity with a growing organiztion. Role Overview: ? Report to CEO and Division Leads, oversee all departmental teams and work with Team Leads to ensure continued growth and success of team and daily operations in compliance policies, procedures and strategic goals ? Review and update Policies and Directives bi-annually to ensure information is reflective of current practice and legislative requirements ? Provide direction on legal matters i.e. copyright, governing bodies, partnerships, licensing, privacy, adverse incidents, or other matters that arise ? Provide support for implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide processes as required ? Assist in the development of the strategic plan for all operational activity; implement and monitor the operational plans, programs or projects to meet overall agreed company objectives ? Participates in Accreditation processes for facilities ? Manage budgets for all.... |
