| Director of Operations Our busy and rapidly growing client is currently searching for a Director of Operations to add to their team. This position reports to the Vice President. This role is based in the Fort McMurray area and will work on a fly-in/fly-out basis. Applicants must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time as shifts follow a 21 days on and 7 days off rotation. Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of services to remote workplace clients Lead change management and drive innovation Monitor financial performance, new business pipeline and terminations Serve as key interface with senior management and technical support groups Interpret industry analytics Use a collaborative approach in working with internal and external leadership teams Provide candid feedback and coaching to operations support team Facilitate development, training and implementation of services which lead to sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, improved margins and market share Demonstrate credibility in the market Provide strategic leadership to the operation support team to ensure execution of core business processes Provide assistance with process to support margin improvement strat.... |
