Our Client, a manufacturing leader with multi-national ties, is seeking a Director of Finance to join their Head Office. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all accounting and finance functions and managing the finance team. Responsibilities Accountable for the internal and external financial reporting process, the Director of Finance is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information, preparing financial statements, coordinating external audits, ensuring the integrity of the reporting system, managing internal controls and monitoring changes to GAAP/IFRS. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cash flow management, directing the budget process, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and providing sound financial business advice to management on a wide variety of financial and business matters.
