| Title: Director of Administrative Services Job Type: One Year Contract - Maternity Leave, Days Location: Brookside Court, Richmond Hill, ON Apply By: February 16, 2012 Responsibilities Ensures that office duties and functions are carried out in a confidential, efficient, accurate and timely manner, in accordance with Company policies and procedures Ensures that bi-weekly payroll, payroll variance reports and benefits entitlement are properly inputted and submitted. Maintains resident and employee personnel records and prepares reports as required. Responsible for the billing system and the maintenance of the resident trust accounts. Responsible for the properly completed invoice package for office purchases, to be approved by the Executive Director. Maintains computer literacy on company suggested software and processes any applicable reports. Qualifications Community College level Business Accounting or Administration diploma or equivalent courses. Must have experience in Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel and general computer applications. Excellent keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of Empath, JD Edwards or PCC Operating systems an asset. Proficiency in a second language is cons.... |
