| Director, Customer Account Services Location: CA-ON, Mississauga Division: Corporate Travel Percentage: Job Code: 1260 Description Position Summary: The Director, Customer Account Services shall build an organization and infrastructure that provides timely, accurate, cost-effective service to customers and business lines in billing, and receipt of payment accounting and application. The incumbent will also be responsible for helping to ensure the timely and accurate collections of past due customer invoices , by delivering quality Customer Service to Area Credit Managers, Plant/Area Managers and Salespeople. Key Responsibilities Results/Accountabilities Manage, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable, and Billing functions for the Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC) Consistently manage stakeholder expectations; establish and manage service processes and standards Develop, monitor, and ensure performance against the published Service Level Agreement. Establish appropriate KPI’s and mechanisms to monitor productivity, quality and costs Own and monitor the Transaction Pricing Model for the applicable departments Participate in.... |
