As the Director, Commercial Real Estate Lending, you?ll help put the ?fun? back into funding as part of a regional team working with a portfolio of accounts. You?ll be responsible for: ? Sourcing new commercial term mortgages and construction loans ? A market leadership role representing Coast Capital within the local real estate and business communities ? Achieving optimum rates of return and minimizing potential losses ? Monitoring and reviewing loans and financial transactions ? Transferring knowledge, mentoring and delegating to other members of the team ? Identifying referral opportunities Who are we looking for? You?ll need to have advanced knowledge of local, provincial and national economies and trends in a variety of industries with a focus on the real estate industry. You?ll also need: ?
