| The ALDO U.S. Distributor is responsible for the quantification and assortment of new merchandise to stores, inventory analyses, and store analyses. The U.S. Distributor works closely with the Buying, the Sales & Operations and the Planning departments to ensure that our U.S. stores have the optimal product selection to maximize sales. This role requires in-depth knowledge of US fashion retail markets in order to serve our over 400 stores across the United States. Key Responsibilities Manage allocation of new merchandise to U.S. stores Analyze sale trends in order to identify most attractive products and recommend repeat orders Oversee liaison with U.S. stores and manage inventory issues Ensure effective use of our merchandising system Review and improve distribution processes Manage and train Assistant Distributors Requirements and working conditions Educational level : Collegial (Diploma), Business Completed Years of experience related to the job offer :5 year(s) of experience Description of qualifications : Minimum 5 years experience in retail management in U.S. markets Excellent analytical and mathematical skills are required Strong understanding of U.S. fashion retail market .... |
