Development/Production Supervisor

Reporting to the General Mine Supervisor and working a two (2) weeks in / two (2) weeks
out rotation at the Snap Lake Mine, the incumbent will coordinate and ensure the safe and
effective use of underground resources, both people and equipment, in the achievement of
departmental objectives.
The incumbent will:
g120g3 Ensure that set targets are met through good planning and follow-up achieved by keep-
ing safety in the forefront, assessing equipment availability and decide on the most
productive way to utilize such equipment and following up to ensure schedules are met;
g120g3 Communicate with other departments on matters which will have a positive/negative
impact on production targets;
